I believe that all of the scandals that impact companies today are due to internal HR deficiencies. Everyone in the HR spectrum should strive to make their company a better place. Historically HR’s role has been to protect the company, functioning as a department of authority using the stick, for the benefit of company management.Clarity of who you are and what you can provide the company is the first step to getting that job.
